2.1. By making a booking through the website https://rooms-studio.ae, through the Studio’s manager (by phone call or via messenger communication), or through any other booking platform, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
2.2. The Client accepts the Studio’s price list as published on the website and/or communicated by the Studio’s manager, and undertakes to pay the applicable rental fees in accordance with such pricing. All payments shall be made in full, free of any deductions, set-offs, or withholdings, and the Client shall be responsible for any charges or fees applied by the Client’s bank in connection with the transfer, as well as for transfer fees, or other transaction costs so that the Studio receives the full invoiced amount.
2.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, payment shall be made in the form of a 100% prepayment at the time of booking.
2.4. The Studio reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment.
2.5. The Client shall keep the payment confirmation until the completion of the booking.
2.6. In case of cancellation/rescheduling of the booking less than forty eight (48) hours but more than twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled booking start time, fifty percent (50%) of the Client’s prepayment shall be forfeited and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be refunded by the Studio to the Client.
In case of cancellation/rescheduling less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled booking start time, the Client’s prepayment shall be forfeited in full and shall not be refundable. In case of a no-show by the Client, any prepayments made shall be forfeited and shall not be refundable.
Such forfeited amounts shall be deemed to cover the Studio’s administrative, operational, and opportunity costs arising from the Client’s late cancellation.
2.7. If the Parties have agreed on an alternative payment schedule and the Client cancels the booking less than forty eight (48) hours but more than twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time, the Client shall remain liable to pay fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee for the booked slot. If the Client cancels the booking less than twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time, the Client shall remain fully liable to pay the entire rental fee for the booked slot, regardless of whether the shoot actually took place.
2.8. In the event of non-payment under Clause 2.7 hereof, the Studio reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amounts and to protect its rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.9. In case the booking is cancelled more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled booking start time, the Studio shall refund the full amount of the Client’s prepayment within ten (10) business days from the date on which the Studio has been duly notified of the Client’s cancellation.

3.1. The booking period reserved by the Client includes setup and teardown time. No additional time shall be granted beyond the booked time slot unless expressly agreed in writing and subject to additional charges.
3.2. The Client shall vacate the rented room premises promptly at the scheduled end time. Any delay exceeding ten (10) minutes, including the time required to clean and restore the premises to the condition in which they were provided at the commencement of the booking, shall result in the Client being charged for an additional full hour at the Studio’s prevailing rates.
3.3. Access to the Studio room shall only be permitted from the commencement of the reserved time slot. Early entry is not allowed unless expressly authorized by the Studio.
3.4. The Client shall be solely responsible for any special setup, including but not limited to lighting, props, and other equipment brought into the Studio room.
3.5. Any additional services (including, without limitation, lighting rental, technical assistance, or decoration) must be pre-agreed with the Studio and may incur extra charges in accordance with the Studio’s prevailing price list.

4.1. The Client and all persons engaged by the Client shall behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times while on the Studio premises. The Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate the booking, without refund, in the event of disorderly, offensive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
4.2. The Client shall comply with all safety and security instructions issued by the Studio’s and/or the Costra Business Park staff.
4.3. No animals or pets are permitted on the premises, unless otherwise expressly agreed in advance with the Studio, except for certified service animals where required by law.
4.4. The Client shall ensure that the number of persons present on the premises during the booking does not exceed the maximum occupancy limits established by the Studio or applicable regulations.
4.5. The Studio reserves the right to remove from the premises any person who fails to comply with this Agreement or whose behavior is considered by the Studio, in its sole discretion, to be disruptive or unsafe.
4.6. Smoking, possession, use or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any other prohibited substances, is strictly forbidden on the Studio premises. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 10.2 hereof the Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate the booking without refund and to remove any persons involved in such activities from the premises.

5.1. The Studio may not be used by, nor may services be provided to, any individual or entity that is subject to international, federal, or local sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions, including but not limited to those imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, or the United Arab Emirates. The Client represents and warrants that it is not, and shall not engage or permit any third party who is, a sanctioned person or entity to access or use the Studio’s facilities or services.
5.2. The Client shall not engage in, or permit, the creation of any content or activity that is illegal under applicable laws, or that violates public order, decency, or commonly accepted moral standards. The Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate any booking without refund if such prohibited activity occurs.
5.3. The Client shall remain fully responsible for the conduct, acts, and omissions of all persons engaged by the Client in connection with the booking, including but not limited to models, crew members, assistants, and any individuals present on the premises during the shoot, whether on camera or off camera. The Client shall ensure that all such persons comply with the terms of this Agreement and with the Studio’s rules and policies.

6.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of legal majority under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (18 years and above) may enter into this Agreement as Clients and book the Studio.
6.2. If minors (persons under the age of 18) are to participate in a shoot, whether as models, performers, or in any other capacity, the Client represents and warrants that all necessary consents and authorizations have been duly obtained in advance from such minors’ parents or legal guardians.
6.3. The Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement and shall indemnify and hold the Studio harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising out of or in connection with the participation of minors in the booking.
6.4. The Studio reserves the right to request evidence of the required parental or guardian consent at any time and to deny access to the premises or participation in the shoot to any minor in respect of whom such consent has not been duly provided.

7.1. The Client shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted during the booking.
7.2. The Client shall leave the Studio premises, including all rooms, furniture, and equipment, in the same condition as they were provided at the commencement of the booking.
7.3. The use of glitter, confetti, paint, liquids, or any other high-impact or potentially damaging props or materials is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in advance by the Studio.
7.4. The Client shall be liable for any damage to the Studio’s premises, rooms, furniture, fixtures, or equipment caused by the Client or any persons engaged by the Client. The cost of repair or replacement shall be charged to the Client in full.
7.5. In addition to direct repair or replacement costs, the Studio shall be entitled to claim compensation for lost profits and business interruption resulting from such damage, including but not limited to any period during which the damaged premises cannot be rented or used. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes time reasonably required to restore the premises to a usable condition, including removal of odors (such as tobacco smoke) in the event of breach of the Studio’s no-smoking policy.
7.6. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Studio is at the Client’s own risk. While the Studio takes reasonable care to maintain safe and suitable premises, the Studio shall not be liable for any personal injuries or health issues sustained by the Client or any persons engaged by the Client during the booking, for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, or for the acts or omissions of third parties, except in cases resulting directly from the Studio’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7.7. The Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any third-party claims, disputes, or demands related to the Client’s use of the Studio;
(b) any infringement of intellectual property rights caused by the Client’s activities;
(c) any breach of this Agreement.

8.1. All equipment borrowed or rented from the Studio must be used with due care and returned in the same condition as received.
8.2. The Client shall be liable for any loss of, or damage to, the Studio’s equipment, whether caused intentionally, negligently, or accidentally, and whether by the Client or any persons engaged by the Client.
8.3. Lost or damaged items shall be invoiced to the Client at their full replacement value, together with any associated costs reasonably incurred by the Studio in connection with such replacement.
8.4. In addition, the Studio shall be entitled to claim compensation for any business interruption or lost profits arising from the unavailability of the equipment during the period of its repair or replacement.

9.1. The Client shall be solely responsible for arranging and maintaining, at the Client’s own cost, any insurance coverage deemed necessary in respect of the Client’s activities in the Studio, including but not limited to insurance for the Client’s own equipment, personal belongings, personnel, models, or any other individuals engaged by the Client.
9.2. The Studio does not provide, and shall not be responsible for providing, any insurance coverage for the Client, the Client’s property, or any persons engaged by the Client in connection with the booking.

10.1. The Studio reserves the right to suspend or restrict bookings at any time due to maintenance, technical requirements, or other operational needs.
10.2. The Studio may immediately terminate any ongoing booking without refund in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the Client, including but not limited to violations of safety rules, prohibited activities, or misconduct by the Client or any persons engaged by the Client.

11.1. The Client is hereby informed and expressly acknowledges that video surveillance and video recording are in operation within the common areas of Costra Business Park, on the Studio’s premises, and inside the rooms where the services are provided.
11.2. Video surveillance is carried out exclusively for the purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the parties, protecting the Studio’s property, and monitoring the quality of services provided. Access to video surveillance footage shall be strictly limited to authorized Studio personnel and may only be used for the above purposes.
11.3. The Studio shall not use, disclose, or distribute any images, video, or other content of the Client without the Client’s prior written consent, unless disclosure is required by law or competent authority.
11.4. The Client undertakes to notify all participants of the shoot, including models, crew, and any other individuals engaged by the Client, of the existence of video surveillance and recording in the Studio. The Client shall bear all risks and liabilities associated with a failure to properly notify such persons.
11.5. The Studio shall not be liable for any claims, complaints, or demands raised by third parties engaged by the Client in connection with the use of video surveillance, and the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio against any such claims.
11.6. The Studio processes personal data of the Client solely for the purposes of managing bookings, processing payments, ensuring security, and complying with applicable laws. The Studio shall take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect such data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

12.1. The Studio shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, failure, or disruption in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from events beyond the Studio’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).
12.2. Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to, power outages, government restrictions, changes in law or regulation, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, fire, flood, acts of God, labor disputes, or any other events of a similar nature that render the performance of the Studio’s obligations impossible or impracticable.
12.3. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Studio shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably practicable and, where possible, offer to reschedule the affected booking to a mutually convenient date.

13.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
13.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall, in the first instance, be resolved amicably through good faith negotiations between the Parties.
If the Parties fail to reach an amicable settlement within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which one Party delivers to the other Party a written notice of the dispute, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC Rules.
13.3. The Client irrevocably waives any right to bring or participate in proceedings in any court or tribunal other than as strictly necessary for the recognition or enforcement of an arbitral award rendered pursuant to this clause.
13.4. Nothing in this clause shall prejudice any mandatory consumer rights granted to the Client under applicable law.

14.1. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.2. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
14.3. Amendments. The Studio reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms of Use from time to time. Any such changes shall take effect upon publication on the Studio’s official website and shall apply to all future bookings. Continued use of the Studio’s services following such publication shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of the updated terms.
14.4. Acknowledgement. For the avoidance of any doubt, by receiving this document, making a booking through the Studio’s website, through the Studio’s manager (by phone or messenger), or through any other booking platform, the Client expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
